First home study!!!!

The first home was so much better then what i expected! Not scary at all. Basically just a lot of questions about our marriage and how we handle arguments, things like that. Although I will say my house has never been so clean. So, things are actually moving along, we know this is still going to be a very long process, but it is happening :)

And so it begins!! We have officially sent in our Adoption application!!! So many emotions when you take that first step. WE are hopeing to hear back this week for them...we will keep you posted

weight loss to maybe baby!!!

So its not secret to most close to us how hard we are trying to having a little baby. Since I was 16 I have had "issues" with my fertility. Over all I was diagnosed with PCOS which is Polycystic Ovarian syndrome. All the dr's including my reproductive doc says its my weight. Although I think they are all crazy and honestly have no idea what is really wrong with me, I have tried and tried for years to loose weight at no avail. Well.... I think I may have found a little website that may be my saving grace. Myfitnesspal.com has been amazing for me. Its tracks calories and excersize and has an amazing food database. So far I have lost 7lbs in about 10 weeks. Not fantastic but a very good start. Since my dear friend Ashley Jordan insist on blogging, I figured I would start blogging about my weight loss. Iam hell bent on having a little bae bae!!!!

New puppy!!

Well we adopted a new puppy about a month ago and let me tell you, having a puppy around is a huge difference. We have had Molly for about 5 years and she was fully trained when we got her. She is the sweetest dog you will ever find. Then..... enter Smokey, a hound mix who was 4 months old when we got him. VERY energentic and never wants to be left alone! We have had him for a little over a month now and he is adjusting quite well. Although he still can not figure out why the kitties don't want to play with him.

So on September 24th we did our first IUI. We are crossing our fingers and saying our prayers but also know that it may take several trys!! We had four good follicles and if only one takes we will be so very blessed.

Its been a while!

So another week is about to start!!! We are going to Indiana in two weeks and I cannot wait! I love going on road trips even if it is for a weekend! We just got done with another 2ww and no luck!! But, we are keeping our faith and know that everything will happen in its time! Until then we love on our 4 legged babies and try to live life to the fullest.

Well we are in the middle of a 2 week wait and let me tell you it is nerve racking! A sweet friend of mine just found out she is preggers with twins and I think that is AWSOME. Can't wait to see pictures of those little peanuts. OOHHHH and my cousin Amy is pregnant with Quads!!! yep 4. they should be here around november which will be great for our trip back to Iowa in December!!Hopeing and praying for good news in a week and half, but we all know that gods timing is not always out timing so we will have to wait and see!
